Roof coating
Roof coating using the latest technologies
After the roof has been cleaned and primed, it can be coated with a coating, also known as roof varnish or roof paint. To achieve an optimal layer thickness while maintaining the breathability of the roof surface, we use the common airless spraying method. This involves applying two consecutive dry-on-dry coats to the roof.
You can choose between two different types of roof coatings, each compatible with the selected primer. The first option is the acrylate coating, which is based on pure acrylate and can optionally be enriched with nanoparticles. This coating has a durability of approximately 10 years.
The second option is a siloxane coating, which is optimized by the addition of silicone resin. This composition allows for twice the thickness of the coating and a service life of 20 to 25 years without compromising breathability.
All our paint systems are manufactured without copolymers or styrene, as these components are not sufficiently UV-resistant and are therefore only recommended for indoor use.
